Membership in the Sunday Morning Arts And Coffee Club (SMAACC) is open to artists residing in the Texoma area or that have permanent shows in Texoma galleries. The current members list contains the founding members of SMAACC. New members are nominated by a current member.

Requirements for SMAACC membership:

Anyone making a living through their art in the Texoma area, artwork on permanent display in any of the SMAACC galleries, degree in art (major or minor), work submitted to and accepted by membership committee.

Fees:

Member Dues - $15.00 per year per listing. The dues are for one year beginning April 1st and running through April 1st of the following year. The membership includes listing on members page with media(s) listed, address, phone number, e-mail address (we suggest you not list this), link to web site, listing of shows and special events on SMAACC calendar. We would appreciate a link back to the SMAACC web page and can supply a "SMAACC Member" button if you would like one. You may also submit the information by e-mail to SMAACC@ccs-corporate.com. Once payment is received your complete information will made available on line.

SMAACC web page:

You can have a multi-page site from SMAACC through CCS for $60.00 per year ($5 per month). Through the login you will receive the ability to: 1) post pictures into categories (each category holding 8 mouse-over pictures), 2) create links to other websites that display your art, 3) write a bio, 4) upload a bio picture, 5) include your name, address, contact information, 6) display a contact us page that will reference your email without revealing what it is (to keep spammers from stealing it from the webpages), 7) a membership listing as stated under Member Dues, 8) be included in the display your bio picture on the front page of the website clickable to your SMAACC webpage, and 9) be included in the art pieces shown from the main page of the website, clickable to your SMAACC webpages.

If you would rather not post these items yourself, you may contact us to arrange posting at the upload change rate of $50 per upload 'event'. An 'event' would be considered the upload of all material we have received in a single setting to alter your multi-page site at one time. In this case, the Member is to supply logo artwork as .jpg, .gif or scannable hard copy, any descriptive text as .txt or .doc on disk or through e-mail (may write the text in the e-mail body or as an attachment), categories may be created with each category holding 8 mouse-over pictures each, posted by your own login (page layout example). Send .jpg, .bmp,or .tiff files (.jpg's or preferred) as e-mail attachments or mail to CCS (PO Box 2734, Sherman, TX 75091-2734) on a disc. You may also send 35mm pictures or slides to CCS for scanning. No charge for any corrections or minor changes within 5 days from posting. Changes or additions after that date will be charged depending of extent of changes not to exceed $50.00 per 'event'. Your domain address will be www.smaacc/xxxxxx (e.g. www.smaacc/glassworks). Web pages will be formatted for monitor settings of 800X600, 16 bit high color. This is gives the best range and setting for the majority of computers.

CCS will also be happy to quote pricing for a complete web site with your own domain name (e.g. www.glassworks.com) with multiple pages, thumbnail pictures linked to larger examples, animated art, extensive graphics... e-mail smaacc@ccs-corporate.com with your specifications, for a complete quote, or with any questions regarding the website and setting up web pages.
